Coach Jackson has been the head coach of the Lady Bison from 2007=2017 / 2020-current.. Kendra played collegiate basketball at Lipscomb University. She married her high school sweetheart and they have two children.

Coach Jill has been a part of the Lady Bison staff since 2008.. She played collegiate basketball at Vol. State and Cumberland University. She is married and has two daughters.
